Synopsis

Set in a small village in Telangana, Shambo suffers from a severe toothache. Following a doctor’s advice to use a proper toothbrush, he asks his son Tirupati to buy one along with his medicines. Things quickly go south between the two. Upset over being ignored, Shambo files a police complaint against his son for refusing to buy him a toothbrush and a few other reasons. Meanwhile, Tirupati plans to sell an acre of his father’s land to clear his debts. How does this conflict between father and son get resolved? Did Shambo file the case just for a toothbrush, or is there a deeper reason? The film holds the answers.
